Please note that our pickup partner reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of a returned product if it is damaged or fails to meet the return eligibility criteria.

Eligibility for Return and Refund:

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, unused, and adhering to the product features.

The original packaging, including Baria’s Creation’s packaging, should be intact.

You must provide proof of purchase or the invoice when the item is picked up by our designated personnel.

Items that are on sale are not applicable for refunds or returns.

Refund Period:

The refund period begins from the date of product delivery. At Baria’s Creation, we offer refunds within seven days from the delivery date. Please be aware that certain products on our website may not be eligible for refunds. Any such exceptions will be indicated on the respective product page.

If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days. In case of return the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
